Kindly ensure the following points are met when submitting the Port Request.
(a) Telephone Number mentioned in the form is free from typo errors
(b) Telephone Number is active (not disconnected or not pending disconnection)
(c) Telephone Number is associated with an active complex or simple service
(d) Telephone Number belonging to different sites are submitted as separate Port Requests
(e) Telephone Number belonging to a range is submitted as a range (or disassociated and coverted to stand-alone if the full range is not required to be ported)
During the Porting Process, should any circumstances arise, the port request may get rejected. Below mentioned are valid reasons for Port Rejection.
1. Multi Site request
2. Service Number not found
3. Inactive Service
4. Disconnected Service
5. Complex Service (Cat C) - insufficient details
6. Telephone Number
7. Incomplete number block or missing telephone numbers in batch
8. End-user rejection
