This article aims at providing guidance to partners on basic information that should be provided to the Channel UC Support team while lodging a ticket for Voice Faults and related issues.

Call Quality Issues:
  1. Enterprise Name or Routing Community Name or SBC URL (for MS Teams DR):
  2. Channel UC Number:
  3. Fault Description:
  4. Three Call Examples with timestamp (Source, destination, date, time) from the last 24 - 48 hours
Incoming Call Issues:
