Clearing Browser Cache in Chrome

If you experience an error when logging into the Eclipse UC platform, please follow the steps below to clear the cache.


The error may look similar to this.

 


 


1.      Click the padlock next to the address bar.



 


2.      Click 

Note: The picture above is an example. It may look slightly different in your browser.

This will open a new window that will look similar to this.





3.      Click 


Confirm that the cookies in use is now clear.



 

4.      Click 



5.      Reload the page using the reload button in the menu bar.


 

 

Now when you go to the tab that had the initial message, it can be refreshed to log in normally.
