Create user ext - this is where to assign the ordered license.

Create User - to set login details and assign to a user ext.

Calendars - to set up business hours

Enterprise VM - set as default service to manage VM greetings

Set pilot number - CLI for outgoing calls

Dial prefix - needed for all outgoing calls to work

Forward rules - can be defied with the following, no answer, always, on busy and on unreachable

International call barring - to allow intl call to certain destination

IP Devices - to add the handset and assign a user ext

Ext assign - to assign pstn number to an ext

Ext groups - can assign multiple users

VM to email notification - to receive notification through email
